Pros

Job roles are very busy because the company runs incredibly lean. They have an inspiring and visionary CEO, a strong sales team with a great VP of Sales leader, and they have taken quality and process under their wings as opportunities for improvement. They have a bright future if they can get all departments aligned with the CEO's philosophies.

Cons

Zodiac has a long standing reputation of releasing their most loyal and long-term employees. The longer you work here, the more responsibilities you will take on and the less and less your pay or title will align with your actual job - and, the more likely you will be on the chopping block on their next round of layoffs. They are very slow to promote and enjoy restructuring every September, eliminating positions and creating vague assignment of responsibilities. With unclear ownership of responsibilities, there is chaos and inefficient use of everyone's time - which no one at Zodiac has much extra time due to their extremely lean operation.

Pros

-control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

Cons

As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
