Mostly Fake or forced review process at the time of joining. This is a totally fraudulent company. The company takes original 10th and 12th mark sheets from new joiners, making it difficult for them to leave within the first 3 months. Most new employees realize the company’s toxic behavior within just 3–4 days of joining. Police visit the company premises almost every month. On average, 4–5 employees leave the company every month due to abusive behavior by the CEO. More than 50% of employees' salaries are deducted without valid reasons. The CEO seems to focus solely on finding excuses to deduct salaries, allegedly to pay EMIs for a Mahindra Scorpio vehicle. Employees are not even provided with basic amenities such as tea or coffee. Full and Final (FNF) not provided. The code quality is very poor. EPF and TDS are regularly deducted from salaries, but the company does not deposit these amounts with government authorities. Many employees are terminated within 45 days of joining without receiving any salary. There is no clear or defined notice period policy.
