As we’ve scaled rapidly and grown to 1,000 colleagues, there have naturally been some busy phases. As a relatively young GCC, we’re building our policies and processes thoughtfully from the ground up.

The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
