      Cons

      Constant fear of being laid off. They have done lay offs in stages and have basically said they expect lot of lay offs July 2025

      Good pays for what it is

      The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
