Management is full of incompetent individuals who are NOT subject matter experts. They give little to no guidance and don’t allow any communication amongst their teams and offer no support. Be aware that there is no 401k plan and the pay is very low compared to competitors. This is still very much a start up company, not worth the amount of work with little pay and a toxic work environment that is masked with “end of month birthday pizza or ice cream.”
