      - Remote work - Founders are understanding and knowledgeable - Decent Pay - You get to own the features you are working on. As a junior you get to make design decisions - Good to gain experience and exposure fast

      Cons

      - 6 days a week - Product roadmap planning is disastrous leading to extra load on developers. - Some Design and Product decisions are questionable and narrow minded
