      Nothing as such.. not even basic respect to employees,

      Cons

      You are treated like a piece of furniture or worse. Most managers have zero real leadership experience; they r simply promoted based on tenure, not capability. And the moment you dare to speak up against disrespect, they’ll nod, acknowledge, reassure… and then quietly lay you off by giving some stupid reason

      great culture, product, and lots of opportunities for growth and promotions very high standard set by c suite

      sometimes hours are long which can be stressful for anyone client facing given how demanding customers can be
