Pros
The coworkers were charming and eager to work and, most importantly, they believed in the project.
Cons
Despite this, the work environment was tense because the CEO of the company was unpleasant and disrespectful to managers and workers. We had become unpaid interns for more than half of the staff. I hope they have improved the behavior with the employees.
