Anna Lee is the most terrible CEO I've personally worked with and the 29% approval rate she has on Glassdoor is generous. She spends more time promoting herself and self promotion is all she's good at. Beneath all the executive profiling she does, there is no competency whatsoever. Not even in Finance which is supposedly her background. She is so in love with herself that she really needs a reality check as this behaviour is bringing the company down. Everyday she's at the helm of this business, the worst it gets.
It is very sad as there are some smart people who never get promoted and the business is one that was once a very well structured and great business.
