      Pros

      People are friendly and respectful to each other (the CEO is maybe the exception). Nice working conditions in the office. Genuine and great WFH policies and genuine work flexibility.

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership team. Lack deep knowledge of the problems in the business and therefore focus on the periphery rather than the source of issues. Too eager to please co-owners that are often counter to Flybuys best interests. CEO is woefully out or her depth. Company visibly shifted to a trend of declining in morale and productivity shortly after she took the helm. Tech is an afterthought rather than seen as the driver for improving the experience for program members.

      Anna Lee is the most terrible CEO I've personally worked with and the 29% approval rate she has on Glassdoor is generous. She spends more time promoting herself and self promotion is all she's good at. Beneath all the executive profiling she does, there is no competency whatsoever. Not even in Finance which is supposedly her background. She is so in love with herself that she really needs a reality check as this behaviour is bringing the company down. Everyday she's at the helm of this business, the worst it gets. It is very sad as there are some smart people who never get promoted and the business is one that was once a very well structured and great business.
