Pros

I have had the privilege of working at Flycast Partners for several years now. Starting out with ZERO knowledge of this industry, Flycast took a chance on me by bringing me in, training me, guiding me, and supporting me to reach my goals. Because of them taking that chance, not only have I been able to reach new heights both professionally and personally - I've been able to watch others ahead of me and behind make the same achievements. I'm not saying I wouldn't have been able to reach these heights without them, but the likely hood of finding another gem like Flycast Partners to assist every step of the way is slim to non. I am truly grateful for the time I have spent went them and look forward to what the future holds. If you are looking for an organization that gives you the opportunity to start a successful career with unlimited growing potential, I would highly recommend joining our team.

Cons

Of course no organization is perfect - Any Cons I have ever come across are quickly addressed by management and situations rectified.

Pros

Flycast Partners is a great company that demonstrates they show genuine concern for the employees and their families. Communication regarding the direction of the company and things going on in the company make it from the top down to the lowest level of employee. The CEO routinely schedules meetings with employees to get their feedback on issues, and is willing to also hear the not so good (of which there is little to complain about). Much generosity is shown with pay, benefits and time off. The company stays in tune with changing market conditions and adjusts accordingly to continue being profitable. Much of the company works remotely, as did I. The only reason I left was because it was time to retire.

Cons

I really cannot think of anything to mention. As with any good job, the work can be a bit challenging at times, but everyone works together to resolve issues.

Thank you for this review. It's a big milestone in our company history that we are beginning to have people retire from Flycast Partners. It's humbling that someone would choose to finish out their career with us and it is appreciated by us. Nathan George, CEO - Flycast Partners

I would disagree with the fact that we provide "no training" but I will acknowledge that as a 100% remote company, training becomes more challenging and we are counting on the employee to put in the effort to make the training successful. We do have ample resources but again, as a remote company, we do require the employee to put the effort in. Unfortunately, sometimes we get a result like in this case where it is just not the right fit. We don't make these decisions lightly and only after it has become clear that it's not the right fit. I do wish this person the best moving forward in their professional career. Nathan George, CEO - Flycast Partners
