Pros

I have been working with Flyhomes for over a year now and the journey has been really exciting. I am a career woman who loves her job very much. But after pregnancy I decided to devote 2yrs of my life towards raising my daughter and to enjoy her childhood. But when I decided to return to the corporate world, I found people were sceptical about hiring someone with a career break, especially women with maternity gap and having a small kid. I was surprised since all companies usually have policies against discrimination while hiring or daily office hours, but the bias is there even if it’s not discussed openly. However when I interviewed for Flyhomes , I found that here people are very open to the idea of empowering women and more so the women who had a gap in their career. Our VP Gaganpreet Luthra and director Medha Sharma took my interview and during the whole process of hiring they were really very motivating. After resuming work at flyhomes, it was not that easy for me to get moving into action quickly due to the 2-year break, but the team and management were really very patient. They helped me get used to the company’s work culture and my job profile. I would like to say if you are a person with strong determination to work hard and achieve heights in your career, then Flyhomes is the best place to work at. In my short span of 1yr and 2months I not only got promotions here but also got an opportunity to work in different verticals. I am enjoying my time here and looking forward to the new challenges as the company is on a rapid growth trajectory

Cons

You should be a self learner and always keen to learn something new

Pros

The overall concept of the business is interesting.

Cons

Everything looks organized at first, like there's a system in place. Then you actually get into it and realize things shift mid-way...like... why is this happening again? You think something is finalized, then it changes slightly, then again later. It's not huge changes, but it's enough to throw everything off. At first you try to adapt, the you realize you're constantly adapting. Same cycle, over and over.
