Pros

Great sense of teamwork and service -- commitment to customer service but they will back you up 100% and stick to their guns when it comes to problematic patrons.

Cons

Could be more flexible with end of shift time frame -- some nights you'd be stuck at the door with only two servers on or everyone going to the bar - you were otherwise unnecessary but unable to finish working somewhat arbitrarily.

Pros

Great menu, excellent food, wonderful live music on weekends and chance to make excellent tips.

Cons

My advice to anyone considering working here is simply this, "Don't." This is a toxic work environment. The workplace abuse system known as mobbing is firmly in place here. Management and the "friends" of management have created an environment of fear, toxicity, hypocrisy, distortion, lies, "tattling", random tests and bullying. Examples. One day, it was announced that no one was allowed to roll silverware until the end of the shift or on the sole condition that the roller had no tables. Result, we run out of silverware mid shift and have to stay long after our shifts to roll it all. One day, it was announced that all wait staff had to pass a test on menu knowledge or they would be immediately suspended. When it was gently pointed out that we did not have the staff to support even one person's immediate suspension, management suggested that we study then so as not to fail. Test day came and literally, there were not enough tests printed out for all wait staff. The test itself was a surprise as there were questions on the test that were simply not on the menu. (Like the portion sizes of the various entrees, the marinades of "secret sauces" and the spice blends. Literally, nowhere on the menu can this information be found.) Other examples include randomly and unfairly enforcing rules (one server is allowed to wear jeans, no one else is.), lies by management (crazy, ridiculous lies that have no basis in reality, like one server is huffing hairspray or another server is having an affair with a cook.), mistake distortion (coupled with lies), minor mistakes that are easily fixed will earn you public shaming and management will question your competency and exaggerate the effect of your mistake (I was LITERALLY fired for starving my customers.....er, how is that even possible in a restaurant?), coworkers who are "in" with the boss will "tattle" to management and also exaggerate the effects of the offense. I was once sent home because a small table in the corner went unseen by me for (wait for it...5 minutes....usually, the hosts will notify you if they seat that easily overlooked section, but not this time) the server who took the table complained to management about my incompetence and I overheard her telling management that the table was waiting for twenty minutes. Any attempts to discuss the perceived problems with management often result in management distorting the mistake and warning of being written up. The hosts will randomly exercise power and either flood your station so that it fills up in five minutes or let several rotations go by without a table.
