      Pros

      - Really smart, sharp, hard-working people around you - The risk, atmosphere and pace of a startup, with the team experience and stability of a larger, more established company - Small team and high-potential product/business--so there are many opportunities to make a big impact - Plenty of free food and hot coffee, if you're into that sort of thing

      - Abundance of bikes scattered around - fire hazard? - No iced coffee

      Pros

      Overall great team- people were smart and worked well together. Truly cared about what they were working on, and would pitch in to help out and give advice/guidance to others where needed.

      Cons

      Leadership was non-existent, massive amounts of time and money were wasted, and the direction of the product changed without reason too many times to count. The company ended up with an app that isn't that usable, an extremely small user base, and no worthwhile plans to turn things around.
