Pros

Salary. Flexible PTO. Summer Fridays.

Cons

Before Flywheel was acquired by Omnicom, it was a great place to work in. People were happy, processes were flowing and it felt that we were growing. I believe that the culture changed so much and we are not thinking as a big company. We are all trying to not drown in the insane amount of work with half of the people. Great colleagues left the company - top talent we can say and the iffy ones stayed. Rude people are part of the leadership team, how do you expect to run a business like this? It was fully remote, now it's hybrid. Why is it so important to go back to the company? You messed up our work-life balance. Many layoffs that changed the culture and way that people worked. This is a global company and there's no respect for people's time, we all work in different time zones and there are expectancies that we work after hours.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It’s great to hear you appreciated the salary, flexible PTO, and Summer Fridays. These are key benefits we continue to offer to promote a positive work-life balance for all our employees. We recognize that the transition following the Omnicom acquisition has been challenging, and it’s natural for growing companies to experience shifts in culture, processes, and benefits. The RTO policy is a key example of this and we understand this shift has been challenging. We are exploring ways to better support all employees through these changes and appreciate your patience as we navigate this new phase. Your thoughts on the leadership team are valuable and we continue to refine our leadership approach to foster an environment where respect, support, and collaboration are a priority. As you know, our CEO Alex McCord is incredibly receptive when it comes to honest feedback, so we encourage you to reach out directly, via a team advocate or your manager to ensure your opinions are heard. While we recognize that some concerns may not be immediately resolved, we are committed to listening and making necessary improvements. Your input is vital as we work to create a better workplace for everyone.

Pros

Hard to think of any lately. Most of the perks we had once upon a time are long gone after the Omnicom acquisition

Cons

Unrealistic workloads that the company is softly framing as "high standards here means high expectations".....so people burning out and drowning in work is being normalized? The turnover rate here has been extremely high lately, so I'm not sure why leadership isn't recognizing there is clearly a problem.
