If I could give zero stars I would. Management is a joke, they barely train you on anything and in their own words, throw you to the wolves after a very short training period. HR says they are on your side, but they’re only there to talk you off the ledge that you are pushed to every single day. The owner… is the worst, Most childish and immature, most disrespectful and condescending person I have ever worked for. And I have worked for terrible bosses. His only concern is making himself look good, and talking bad about everyone including customers when they bring up genuine issues. It’s never the product failure right out of the box, it’s never his fault, it’s always the customers fault. He will also yell, scream, slam things, throw things, and talk down to any and everyone that works for him. He makes inappropriate jokes about race, sexual orientation and much more thinking he is the king of the world. And the worst part, HR tries to explain it away that he is just passionate about his business. I’ve never heard a passionate person be so condescending to his employees. While I worked there, he fired more than a few people, others flat out quit without notice because of how childish and disrespectful he is to them. He has made female coworkers cry multiple times, and has insulted those who quit because of his lack of ownership and degradation. I would HIGHLY advise anyone thinking of taking a chance here to reconsider immediately. You are better than this place, do NOT consider working here. For those who quit Abruptly during my time there, you had every right to do so, and I can only hope you have found something much better since you left.
