Pros
It was a small company, so you felt like in family, because you knew almost everyone. There is always someone to help you in case of any problem at work. There was never a time without work. Travel to very cool places and meet great people. Big party for "All-Hands" meeting, always in a different city. All expenses paid. Learned a lot.
