It's a small, family-owned and operated company. But they are an experienced government contractor, and know their business. The workday is all about business, no folderol. No micromanagement. Short and infrequent meetings. As a small company, they were judicious about what they were going to bid, and declined to pursue jobs that they could not win. Friendly atmosphere.

At the time they were inflexible about remote work.

The people are very nice for the most part. HR is easy to work with.

Extremely degrading. They talk to us as employees like we are working are first job out of high school. They don't really listen to the SMEs that are on site and talk down as if we don't know what we are doing.
