Pros
Benefits once they fully kick in (have to work for a while to get what they advertise as their benefits). Office is kept clean. Plenty of snacks and drinks from vendors but don't you dare attend the presentations you slacker.
Cons
A soulless bloodsucking office. I have to echo a comment from an earlier review about the importance of being in the correct social circles. Also the one about watching your back. My interviews were done by younger staff who boasted about the wonderful studio culture and work-life balance. I realized what an awful atmosphere was bred there within a week. One of these very same people who interviewed me had his team working late nights and weekends for 90% of the days I was working there. There is some senior leadership but they all seem to have fully committed to the dark side. Your superiors will have no issue dumping blame on you for their own shortcomings and mistakes. I got gaslighted to no end. My last day at this office was no joke one of the best days of my life. 3rd place to my wedding day and the birth of my son. No hyperbole. If you are a creative person, this is not the place for you. If you are a useful idiot - have at it. I never thought I'd have this bad of a work experience but I did and I'm not sure how it could have been any worse.
