      Pros

      You get to meet a lot of people and work with plants. This company pays better than most of their competitors, but it is an attempt to counter their high turnover.

      Cons

      You drive a lot! This is a physically demanding job. There is terrible communication within management who can be rude and snarky. A big problem is inadequate training, high turnover, no upward mobility. The benefits are not that great and are expensive. Only medical and dental are offered.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, fun and interesting industry, new challenges everyday, opportunity to succeed and make a career, we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, unlimited PTO, we are growing in the right direction and have support from multiple branches across the country.

      Cons

      Workload can be stressful at times, some positions have to drive a lot, if you have a negative attitude the amount of problem solving and independent work will destroy you.
