That means you can be selling to your accounts and also getting the opportunity to work with a team on creating new playbooks or helping to plan the next sales kickoff.

Cons

Being a rapid-growth company can require moving more quickly in your job. Everyone is working hard and wearing multiple hats. It can be difficult to maintain balance.

Pros

- Product solves a real pain point for Fortune 2000 companies - ACV and TCV are high, so comp is great - Leadership tries their best to be as transparent as possible - The team is phenomenal. All hard workers who care and are kind.

Cons

- Tough to sell a nice-to-have - Breaking into F2000 companies as a small company is TOUGH and sales cycles are long (and often boomerang).
