Still cannot believe that people are allowed working in there - Workshop Support FonFix Employee Review

The people there are fantastic. I worked up in the main building so the office there is much nicer. Free drinks on Fridays after work, a pool table and a great social club. It’s the people that make you stay there.

Overworked and underpaid. They don’t try and keep staff that have been there a long time as they won’t put their hands in their pockets unless you are management.

Nothing. Avoid by any chance!

Terrible, uneducated, non proffesional, primitive and constantly lying management. Non existent work life balance, no training or other forms of self development - this company will kill any ambitions and aspirations you have. Only culture you will experience there is cultures of bacteria in fithy toilets and culture of pushing blame for everything on lowest tier employees. You will freeze during winter. No employee benefits, no pensions plan or any insurance. As a form appreciation your bonus will be cut but for Christmas you wil receive eur1.5 worth of Maltesers. So if you really hate yourself you can apply for the job but just remember - don't believe in anything they will say. You have been warned!
