      Pros

      I have truly enjoyed my time a Fons PR. I get to learn from some of the best people in the film entertainment world. Being a small company, you wear many hats in your role which teaches you how to be better in your role rise fast in the company. Some of favorite things about the job: being creative, working with great people including top executives and talents in the film world and being able to work on a range of films.

      Cons

      There are sometimes late events and screenings so hours can be long, but they are fun events so it actually is not too bad.

      Pros

      Given the agency is small, you are able to work on various projects and direct contact with leadership team. Christine, who manages the team, is an amazing and a great leader. She leads multiple accounts as well as managing the whole team. She has been a great mentor to learn from and admire how much she juggles everything.

      Cons

      Hours can be long when there are screenings and events taking place. Management needs more support.
