Pros

Most co-workers are good people.

Cons

Overall, this is a terrible place to work with a hilariously high turnover for new recruits. Let's see. Even if you have a cohort of workers that made the highest company profits for that month, they still don't value their workers driving them to quit. Like why would you let your ego get in the way of profits? Why have to constantly train new workers because you can't manage. The work site is littered with cliques, gossip, and kiss-assing. If you don't bootlick the managers they will betittle you or find ways to make life more unpleasant. Rude micro-managing managers who talk all day to the girls while the pickers do most of the work. Company will probably get sued for misconduct. Also, they obviously dont know all their labor laws so if you see this, correct it before it's too late. Other than that enjoy working in High School again.

Pros

You'll get very good hours since its not a favorable job to have- most people won't want to work here but the hours are good. There is food left over in the break room- you can find alot of good things and try new things as well

Cons

The hours are not that flexible (7-5 OR 10-7) You are on your feet ALL DAY. Sometimes there will be alot of oders coming in at once so you must be quick. This can easily get very tiring. By the time you get home from your shift, you won't want to do anything but eat then sleep.

Pros

Regular schedule. Old food is donated or put in break room.

Cons

Managers were salaried but were put on the schedule to work 10 hours a day, which resulted in them making less than regular hourly team members who could earn overtime pay (and we were so understaffed they could do ALOT of overtime). Upper management was focused on metrics and would push operations to send out bad product to improve those numbers. My team was overworked and underpaid. The morale was so low and the employee turnover was so high. I was a manager and despite my pay grade and perks, I quit (as did the other managers--all within one month). When a company can't retain its supervisors and managers, something is seriously wrong there.
