Team - Family environment. Amazing HR department, that's rare these days! Management team is always in tune with the employees. Travelling to new areas is a lot of fun. Great benefits and pay.

Company is undergoing changes due to being purchased by a holdings Corp. - Not a serious con just undergoing some growing pains.

Pay at the time of writing this is good

* Office is impossible to get any straight answers or contact with * If it's between making those out in the fields life easier or the office they'll choose the office every time * Maybe 3 days on average at home if you're lucky * Get ready to train people that make 5$/hr+ more than you with no experience that will most likely quit * 90% of internal customer service is extremely rude. They will treat you like a child and blame all problems on those out in the field * Expect no real positive change or them to listen to anything coming from those actually in the field * Scheduling and coordination is completely incompetent. I've never seen more of a waste of money than seeing schedules being changed while techs are mid flight and absolutely no accountability on anything they do.
