Materials are supplied by families for home sessions, materials supplied by company for clinic sessions. Great OT gym. Friendly coworkers. Tablets provided for data collection.
Cons
Scheduling is terrible. Unprofessional, doesn't pay attention to details and will always blame you or have an excuse for their mistake. No serious matters are ever taken care of, they're extremely dismissive of any issues brought to them. Yearly reviews are a joke and you're not allowed to question or disagree your results or have misinformation removed from your reviews. They allow feedback to be added several after you've been given back your final review which is incredibly unprofessional. I'd you have any voice or opinion at all it is not wanted to be heard ever. They don't appreciate people who stand up for themselves and for their clients. Definitely questionable ethical issues. Covid exposures at work will not be announced because they don't think it's a problem. So you won't know unless that person themselves tells you. I was exposed twice at clinic and did not know until days later even though they were given the okay by that person to inform those who might've been exposed. They push employees to get their bcba. They email you at any time of day and expect a reply...And too many more to add....
