      Pros

      Great job. You get to meet so many students and people. Travel opportunities and an extremely supportive management team. Especially during Covid - they care about their staff

      Cons

      Sometimes the schools change things last minute but that is out of the companies control.

      I love my job. We have several team members who have celebrated 10+ years with the company.

      Cons

      It's a physically demanding job but as a trained dancer it's nothing difficult
