As a company, we are committed to creating a positive and open work environment for all employees. We take allegations of bullying seriously, so naturally we wanted to review your comments.
ForFarmers uphold high standards and prioritise a ‘safety first’ culture. This approach protects and benefits everyone, including drivers, colleagues, customers, and the general public. While we have a process for managing driving infringements, this doesn’t automatically result in dismissal. Other appropriate options can be considered, such as extending probation or providing additional training beyond the 4 to 5 weeks our drivers typically receive.
