Pros
the drs are all lovely, the facilities are great, most of the nurses and receptionists are amazing!
Cons
the management does nothing to tackle clinical incompetence or danger. they’ve let a nurse who is clinically unsafe continue to practice for years even with almost a dozen people coming forward with accounts of her conduct. they’ve let this same nurse push everyone around, fostering a mean girl feel. They do nothing for furthering education or skills, making empty promises for the entire 14months I was there. They prioritised monetising patients over actually caring for them. when i finally left because I couldn’t handle being the only RN and having to constantly walk on eggshells around a mean and dangerous EN, i filled out an exit survey voicing my concerns which was taken no where and nothing came of it. almost a year after leaving and this nurse is causing more and more trouble and management has done nothing to foster a safer or kinder work environment.
