      Pros

      Don't always work full 40 hour weeks, but get paid full time anyways. Room for growth. Great management. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of driving. Your days vary in times (e.g. some days start at 5:00 AM and end t 12:00PM, or 6:00AM-6:00PM, or 10:00AM-2:00PM). it varies everyday, and you don't know until the day before.

      Pros

      The culture at ForTec is really positive with strong support from managers an approachable and involved leadership team. The company is on a strong growth trajectory and there are great opportunities for personal career growth that come with this expansion. The work ForTec does is very meaningful, and everyone takes pride in providing services to patients in need.

      Cons

      Jobs at ForTec are busy and people work hard, but support is widely available. Some roles require great flexibility with hours. Independence in completing job duties is needed. This can be a pro or con for you.
