      Pros

      Not much to do while at work. Everyone hates working there. The leadership loooves hosting pointless zoom call meetings since it's the only thing on their agendas.

      Cons

      No one really cares, leadership is none existent. Loooooow pay. There is no reason for this bank to exist besides just another bank that secure another 250k FDIC protection for saving rate chasers.

      Pros

      The entire hiring and onboarding process has been super smooth and the HR team is very responsive, welcoming, and helpful. I really enjoyed the interview process. Management came across as genuinely friendly, approachable, and supportive from the very first interaction. I am beyond excited to officially start my journey with Forbright Bank.

      Pros

      Professional atmosphere, promotes remote work environment, open to new ideas and technology.

      Cons

      Company experienced significant growth in a short time but has invested in staffing, oversite and foundational changes to support this growth.
