Pros

There are still some brilliant individuals here doing their best. Force24 was once defined by its people-first culture, collaboration, and care. Something that sadly eroded under the new leadership.

Cons

The shift in leadership (particularly the promotion of the new CRO) marked a clear turning point in Force24’s culture. Many staff raised concerns early on about his suitability, citing previous behaviour. These warnings were not acted upon, and the consequences were significant. Since his arrival, the environment has become increasingly toxic. Psychological safety has collapsed. Favouritism is rife, feedback is discouraged, and those who challenge ideas or call out poor behaviour are branded as ‘disruptive’ and quickly sidelined. Multiple misogynistic and homophobic comments have been made openly, including deeply inappropriate language when referring to female staff. These remarks went unchallenged by the wider leadership team, creating a culture where disrespect is tolerated and even normalised. What was once a genuinely supportive and inclusive workplace has become a place of fear and self-preservation. Many now just keep their heads down and hope not to be noticed. It’s a complete departure from the values Force24 used to represent.

Pros

Colleagues are friendly (on operations side) Feels friendly and exciting when you start, and feels like a great place to start a career, so a good place to decompress after comparatively toxic places

Cons

Pay is universally poor but especially so for operations No (realistic) opportunities for career advancement or pay rises Repeated toxic workplace stories on commercial side
