      Pros

      Great location in Maine, could be a really great technology company. Wonderful people at the "worker" level.

      Cons

      Extremely narcissistic management, making real advances in the company impossible. Their navigation head is known to be confrontational, but nothing is done about it.

      Excellent work culture and benefits.

      Cons

      Recently acquired by Thoma Bravo and merged with Jeppesen, now known as Jeppesen ForeFlight. There's been a lot of recent layoffs, some communication breakdowns, and the general culture has changed quite a bit. Hopefully, they find their groove again! Overall, good place to work.
