Great work environment - Developer ForeFront Web Employee Review

The Atmosphere is beautiful. The office has an enormous amount of natural lighting. Everyone is held accountable in a respectful way. Because of the culture implemented, failure doesn't occur often. Everyone holds their weight and the communication is top-notch. They truly have a customer comes first attitude. Everything that I have seen has been focused on treating every customer like the most important customer. This is extremely different from my last job.

The only con is that the sales process could use a little tightening up.

Amazingly genuine and intelligent people that push themselves to adapt and evolve with the times and technology like I've never experienced in my 12 years in the industry of web development and SEO.

This is not a con if you're familiar with the industry, but you need to be exceptionally self-motivated and disciplined to survive at ForeFront Web. THEY DO NOT EMPLOYEE NO SCRUBS.
