Pros
The management often work off site. The engineering team are talented and pleasant to work with.
Cons
The management are arrogant, belligerent, narcissistic, obnoxious and, worst of all, grossly incompetent. More people have left, in total, than have ever been employed at any one time. All cite the same reason: the CEO and the CTO. The former was previously a transistor salesman, the latter previously a student and barman. This may go someway to explaining the lack of tangible progress, commercially or technically. In four+ years, the company has failed to produce anything like a meaningful demonstration of it's supposed technology, whilst technical staff sit around with nothing to do. This could be because management restricts all "planning" (there isn't actually any) and technology development tasks to said former student and transistor salesman.
