      Rotating schedule. Some good coworkers

      Cons

      Barly got breaks or lunches was always short staffed scheduled that way mandated alot. Managment did not help and didn't care.

      Pros

      The pros where working with the residents and the few staff members that you could truly get along with.

      Cons

      Upper management made working a simple task daunting and hard. I personally felt as though i had a target on my back and was lied to repeatedly making me question my own worth.
