Pros

Decent pay and caring clinicians/administrative staff

Cons

Restructuring is happening with not enough staff. They continue to hire marketing/business development staff to build referral sources but drag there feet to approve hiring clinical staff to accomplish the "vision." The administrative staff is constantly given more work causing mistakes due to the inability to finish any tasks and have had no talks of compensation. No work/life balance. PTO plan is horrible. Staff is constantly burnt out.

Pros

I love that as a mental health care provider Forge Health makes a point to evaluate and learn about every client. My colleagues are helpful, team players with a drive to make our patients lives better.

Cons

I really haven't found any.

Pros

Remote work, flexibility, great med staff and chief med officer

Cons

While the organization has talented employees and the potential for success, the overall work environment has become increasingly challenging due to frequent organizational changes and inconsistent leadership direction. Processes and priorities often shift on a quarterly basis, creating uncertainty and making it difficult for teams to establish stability and long-term success. One of the most concerning aspects of the culture is the lack of professional communication and transparency at the leadership level. Gossip and internal politics often appear to influence decision-making, which can negatively impact morale, trust, and collaboration across teams. Unfortunately, this environment has contributed to the departure of many highly skilled and dedicated employees whose experience and contributions were valuable to the organization. Greater focus on consistent leadership, clear communication, employee engagement, and a culture of respect would help improve retention and strengthen the workplace overall.
