Pros
Good progressing PTO, good health insurance, plenty of overtime when the pressure is high to finish projects on time.
Cons
Unorganized management, poor long term planning, poor project planning and management. As an automation integrator they do not invest in employees, in 10 years I had 4 week training on technical software. The organization is quite flat and advancement is not possible for technical employees.
