Pros
Despite working quite a few jobs in my time, I never found that perfect balance …either the hours were too long, pay too little, commute too painful etc. However, that all changed the moment I joined Form Health. It truly offers it all and I could not be more excited by my current position. Each day, I have an opportunity to do what I love (counsel patients) in an incredibly supportive environment. I am surrounded by brilliant, passionate, genuine coworkers that come together for one main purpose: helping patients. No egos, no judgment, no seniority - it’s just a phenomenal company culture where your voice is always heard.
Cons
I can’t think of any cons! The company is still in that “start up” phase, so changes and modifications are to be expected. However, management always strives for transparency which fosters a culture of open communication and accountability for everyone involved.
