Pros
I really enjoy working for Form Health. The team is really supportive and management seem to really care about the employees and patients. The flexible schedule really works for me, and even though the we are remote, the team meetings and 1 on 1 time with management keeps me engaged and motivated. I also like that I can clearly see my impact on people's lives.
Cons
I would appreciate a more opportunities for career advancement for those of us who are interested in management. However, I understand the company is still growing.
