      Pros

      The length of team is less because of that we will gain more knowledge and experience.

      Cons

      They will let you know on Friday evening just before your logout time that you are fired There is one leave per month there is no concept of sick leave.there will be lop even you are admitted in hospital. They don't care. There is no concept of working 8.5 hours a day. You have to work more than that or else manager will scold you like a lecturer in a college

      Being as small scale consulting agency, Formac was able to bring up the new requirements every week and have a minimum foreclosures of 10-15 every month.
