HIRING AND FIRING is EXTREMELY COMMON. On the offer letter itself they write, in probation period company won't give any notice. On friday , a person will be asked to leave i.e from Monday that person is jobless. MANAGEMENT ASKS EMPLOYEES TO WRITE ONLY +VE REVIEWS, that is why there are other positive reviews. In one month 12 employees were fired at once , irrespective of their performance, Once your work is done , you will be asked to leave. In this case , shouldn't people be hired on contractual basis ? I have worked here for about a year, and in my tenure , each and every month there has been atleast 2 people were fired. After they join , somehow Management will get to understand , that he/she can't work , and they will ask the person to leave. This hasn't been the case once, each and every month with two people atleast. What do they analyse in interview? Can't you judge people fairly at that time itself, there could be a mistake in judging someone's skills once , may be twice but if it's happening all the time then management is incompetent in choosing right candidate for the compnay . Management will force people to write good reviews of the company everywhere. I would highly recommend not to join Formac , unless you are among the one's who survive just by buttering everywhere. Work environment is absolutely negative , you are micro-managed at all levels and that's why people resign all the time.
