Talent Acquisition Specialist - Senior Manager Forman IT Employee Review

I found my time at Forman IT a really good experience and I learnt a lot from the directors and senior manager about consultative recruitment on the Contract and Permanent side. The office is excellent and brand new with good facilities. They have a full admin support team meaning you can focus on recruitment and your day is not tied up with admin. I particularly enjoyed the team spirit in the office and often went out on social events in London and Brighton as well as the Amex football stadium and go karting team building days. The directors doors are always open for help and support.

If you are not prepared to work hard then this may not be the company for you. Saying that you will not be expected to work silly hours and there is no silly KPI's or call time monitoring that you get in some other agencies.

I started at Forman IT just over a year ago as an apprentice and have been carving out a career in IT recruitment becoming an efficient and effective Resourcer. There is always a positive atmosphere in the office, everyone gets on so well and there's a great team effort. Guided by my Director Anthony Howard-Reeves and senior colleague Lawrence Mass I have established myself within the IT sector making 2 to 3 deals a month with some excellent clients. Management really cares about staff, always striving to improve others and set up a business within a business. There's always a lot of support on hand to help achieve work ambitions and personal goals. We receive regular training and are constantly pushed to our limits at Forman IT with a fantastic work hard play hard philosophy!
