Pros
You can tell the company really treats their employees well there is such a positive and welcoming vibe from everyone. They train in depth so you do not have to worry about past work experience. Amazing pay, benefits, and hours/schedule. This is a growing company so there are ample opportunities here. Honestly this job has been my best experience thus far in my career. The company from the CEO down to the agents have been very uplifting and create such a great atmosphere to be around and apart of. Tabatha Savoie, the recruiter, made my on boarding process so smooth and easy. She was very attentive and communicated effectively everything that was needed of me. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a career path not just a job because the culture they have created here you will not want to leave!
