An awesome team with a hard work mentality, coming to work everyday is exciting! I love the integration of the departments and the way everyone has a voice, we work to identify weaknesses and capitalize on strengths. As a growing team we work to develop best practices and new systems to ultimately deliver a better experience for our customers and make our jobs more efficient! Management is caring, generous and have a very broad outlook for all, and are very transparent with the team and great motivators!
Cons
With an office in Philly as well as the suburbs we don't see the whole team every day so we only get a true sense of what we are part of when we come together for company wide meetings. We often promise a lot and deliver, the client sees the benefit of that! But its easy to rush the process and take shortcuts, we are very sales driven, but that can suffer a project in the long run on the back end.
