      Pros

      People are really nice. Small family business. Great hours and location.

      Cons

      Strange training habits - watching but not allowed to take notes then left to your own devices to figure it out flawlessly the first time. A lot of double talk, disorganization about actual job requirements and what is expected of you on a daily basis. Through the grapevine very high turn over in this position in the past year due to inability to work with one individual. A lot of unprofessional gossiping by senior management about owners, coworkers, and coworkers family members.

      Pros

      Work from, with some travel. Enjoy meeting people from all over the county. Income is based on performance and nice bonus packages. Very high energy and a fun place to work, very family oriented.

      Cons

      There is no down side unless you don't like work to work from home.

      Communication, Poor management, Expected to travel across country unexpectedly, Doing work that is not in your job description, Lots of sitting and waiting on work, You don't always get promised 40hrs. Overall not a good company to work for.
