      Over worked for low pay. Don’t offer benefits or 401k plan but repeatedly told employees that would receive these benefits and never follow through.

      Great people Teamwork Made good friends Fully remote.

      Web3 client heavy so vulnerable to the volatility. Worked a lot of hours.

      Pros

      - Work from home - Some nice, hard working people on the team

      Cons

      - Salary well below industry average - Benefits not up to par - Horrible company culture and low morale - Poor training - Micromanagement - Underwhelming software - Dishonest and not transparent with customers or employees - Limited room for advancement If you are a US employee, I would avoid at all costs. You will make twice as much at basically any competitor with a better atmosphere and higher ceiling.
