Some great people inspired to work to better the lives of young people and families. Real sense of mission and purpose.
Cons
Senior management team believe that they hold the power without accountability or responsibility towards adequately supporting staff. Lack of communication internally and a very much HQ v grassroots feeling. Continual funding struggles. Current management lack vision and ability to collaborate to get the most from amazing people.
