      Some really great people here

      Cons

      FGH truly doesn’t care about their patients and they definitely don’t care about their staff. Pay is ONLY competitive when you are a new hire. No respect for experienced staff because they can replace you with a new grad. Run, don’t walk. Not a good place to work.

      Pros

      Wonderful social work staff. Working environment is with other social workers in a shared office space and not with a case manager on a single floor.

      Cons

      Extremely fast paced environment with several moving parts.
