There is a saying that goes around good drivers are hard to find makes you feel as if the drivers are more important than all other employee's. Career small company not much room for advancement, stuck on the you need a degree in most upper positions 3 star. Compensation is good but could be better no set annual raise for that 4 star. Senior Management 3 Star some senior managers seem to think they are above everyone else very condescending, you get the feeling of not being trusted to do your job no matter what your experience in the industry is.
